a good foundation

This week the foundation was poured for the house. I stopped by on Monday and the crew was adding the drench drain around the footer. I went back out today at lunch and the foundation was done, and is in the process of being water sealed (the black stuff painted on the concrete).

You can see the front porch area dug out (across the front), the main house, and the garage area (on the right).

You can even see out walk out basement door (far right side of back basement wall).

Not sure what next week will bring, but I'll be checking in!
