Saturday we went to the zoo; while the weather was initially a little chilly, it turned out to be a perfect day to visit the animals. They don't care for it too hot (I totally agree!) and when you go early, they are more active. Here are the three Amur tiger cubs playing with their mama and each other. The cubs are huge for 7 months young. 
When we left 4 hours later, they were all just laying there sleeping. Trust me - go early!
The tigers were right up against the viewing window which was really cool to see. Cori said "They're gonna get me!" and it was a bit awesome to be so close to them, even if separated by glass. 
We also got to see feeding time for the penguins. It was really neat and Cori loved it.

As you can see from the smile, Cori had an awesome time. She was zonked out in the car not even 2 minutes after we left the parking lot. We can't wait to go back!
